“Hello About our recent Orchid delivery it arrived not very well packed for such a fragile plant, some soil spilt out into the box and of the five flowers one broken off loose in the box and one with damaged petal not likely to survive in cotrast a £16 very nice robustly packed Orchid was obtained from M&S We have many Multiflowering Orchids and have hopes for a good result with some TLC”

“There was a problem with packing that led to a damaged plant arriving. I messaged Carbeth with photos, within the hour Laura J was over it like a rash and 48hrs later(today)I took delivery of a perfectly packed perfect plant(try saying that quickly!). The plants themselves are bigger and better than in the thumbnails, very healthy and potted in an excellent orchid bark, Perlag and charcoal mix. I've been growing orchids for 40+ years and these are good plants. The blooms are very long lasting and have a delicate and intriguing fragrance.”
