“Ordered a Christmas tree which was delivered three days ago. It is absolutely not up to standard - lopsided, sparse on one section and thick branches on the other side. The needles are falling off the tree already so the best place to have this tree is in the garden ready for disposal. Complained to them and asked for a replacement or refund - nothing forthcoming as yet. Disappointed and will never order from this company again.”
