“As already stated to your representative Sean, I was extremely disappointed with the description of your sales advert. I didn't realise the thrust bearing was not included in the clutch kit, and that you didn't supply the part. Sadly for me I didn't realise this was missing or absent until the old clutch was out of the car. I would have hoped as a very essential part your advert should have made me the customer aware. Having spent at least £ 500 pounds with yourselves I find what happened to me very wrong.”
