“Excellent service, however the delivered item was not to specification, should have been for petrol cars only, unfortunately the product is very similar and easily can be mistakenly identified. Shell should be more clear for easier identification!”

One problem I had as follows:-
I ordered 2x5lt of this oil for the next service of my Ford Kuga.
Last year I ordered the same part number/oil. Which I used at this years service in January. It wasn’t until I’d changed the oil that realised I had been sent the correct grade of oil, but it was specifically for Renault cars. So they had sent me the wrong oil which I should have checked before I put it in, it was then too late to complain. I hope this doesn’t cause any problems with the car!
I will still use carparts4less, but will check the product in future!”
