“I ordered this item for collection on 12 December, but then due to Covid was unable to collect on the day specified. I was told by then on the 'phone that the item would be held until 19 December and then the order would be cancelled and my money refunded. As of 1 Jan 2022, I have received nothing. Very poor service..”
