“So far so good. I wanted a new battery for my car which has a stop-start system, which requires a more expensive type of battery then usual. I purchased the Lion branded one as it was considerably cheaper then a Bosch or Varta battery but had the same three year warranty I can’t remember the last time I purchased a new battery that outlived it’s warranty despite its premium price so I opted budget, for a discount with a code AND got three equal payments, interest free. So hopefully this battery will last longer then three years or perhaps, hopefully not as I’ll get a free replacement. Most sellers who issue warranties suggest a replacement made during the warranty period (extended or not) will only carry the balance of the remaining original warranty but according to a well respected LBC consumer rights legal expert, that should not be the case and the replacement item should indeed, carry a full warranty as well! (Also, consumer rights law may well be as long as six years anyway for faulty items).”
“My Battery turned up, but was soaked in Battery Acid/Fluid due to the carrier not adhering to keeping the package upright (I assume).
Arrived quickly and well packaged with soak material to absorb spills, but quantity of fluid was a lot more in my consignment.”
