By Wednesday no battery called customer services and was told by a very nice man that he would get me the delivery charge refunded asap on Thursday delivery charge was refunded then also was the cost of the battery refunded to me. No call or email to tell me what was going on . Thanks for nothing.”

Been given a postal refund but it’s still not arrived. I am putting a paypal appeal. I’ve asked for a full refund but has not be resolved.
This is the 2nd time I’ve been asked to do a review what a joke.
