“The picture was whiter than I expected. We wanted a Grayscale (BnW) image which needs more contrast. The additional filter suggested by your website made the picture lighter and the ultimate print looks dull now. There should be some way of knowing the final colors before making the final purchase/print.”

“Always very satisfied with your work.Only concern I have is I mount most canvases in standard size existing frames.Sometimes your canvases can be slightly smaller than stated by 1/4 inch or more.Please address this issue.Thank you.”

“From the front it’s fine but the wrap on the sides is Not a continuation of the picture it’s the beginning of another picture . The sides have my son’s hair and other things from the front view. Should have printed the picture bigger for the wrap. The have sent the how did we do email every 15 min! This may make me block the site”
