“The quality of the prints is really good. Color matching is also really good. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of the very poor computer interface. As an artist who wants to continue to use your very affordable and quality service, it would help me a lot to have a way to upload my images into a gallery and file them in a way so that when I come to order, I don't have to reload them every time. I also need a way to file them so that the ones that I order in a smaller size are differentiated from the larger ones. Size matters and so do aspect ratios. Also, a way to edit the order and check it thoroughly and correct any mistakes (like choosing .75 width instead of 1.5"or quantities or hanging options, backing etc. is crucial). As the interface now stands, I have to start all over and upload the image again etc. PLEASE consider these suggestions. It will move you to five stars! Also, it would be nice to have a variety of finishes: matte; semi-gloss; high gloss. Thank you!”
