“I received prints that were printed darker than the images that I sent. Instead of getting them reprinted for free to my satisfaction like any trustworthy business would do, I was given a partial refund including a waste fee which does not make any sense except that it was a way to not refund my purchase fully. I am very disappointed in the way you run your company and think you should offer a full satisfaction guarantee. I will have to do business elsewhere.”

“I took 4 prints and all came out very nice, the quality of print depends on the quality of the picture you are uploading. I am very much impressed with the user friendliness of the site where we buy and upload pictures.”
