“Received my photograph last Friday January 20, 2022. Was excited to open the package and see the final work of photographic art...and was VERY disappointed with the damage to the 30 x 40 canvas print. First the print had a fold in the upper right side, and clearly there was a dark streak to the left of that and there was also a white dot about the size of the head of a pin showing the white canvas under the print. I immediately took pictures and responded to the email sent to let me know it was coming. The last notification I received January 24th was letting me know that the art department was reviewing the problem...as of today January 27th I finally made a call to find out what is happening. Gentleman was very kind but nothing could be resolved until the art department made a decision. Two other prints I had made with this company turned out fine both 30x40. The third one has been nothing but a headache. Not sure I will order any more if this is the kind of customer service I can expect especially with damage to prints caused by the personel doing the job.”
