“After receiving the 1st print, the print was blurred so they replaced the print with another photo and resent it at no charge other than shipping and sales tax. Received the print yesterday. The package was damaged and the frame of the print was broken. I know this happened through shipping and not the company. I notified the company right after I received the package along with pictures of the package. I haven't heard back yet but I am assuming they would contact UPS regarding covering the cost and reprinting the print for me. I will have to wait to see what happens. I have a ticket number for the complaint. Hopefully, they will.make it right. This was a Christmas gift so it was disappointing having to go through this process.”
