“Unfortuantely I cannot review these yet as it has been three weeks and items have not arrived. I can review the service however. I sent an email after two weeks asking if they could please send me a tracking number as I had not received my items. I had a very quick response to my email, which was great, but was told that it was sent by Royal Mail and there was no tracking number and it would take four weeks to arrive!! When I made my purchase it did not say anywhere that it would take this long to arrive into NZ, and that it would not be tracked. I am very unhappy, in this day and age you would expect tracking on all parcels being sent to another country. Goodness knows where my parcel is!”
