“I managed to break the glass on the door of my wood burner and ordered a new glass through Calido, after a 10 day wait, the new glass failed to materialise so the guys at Calido gave me the glass from a showroom stove. Thanks guys, you didn't have to do that although it was very much appreciated I also bought one of their bamboo log baskets which is really well made and now compliments the fireplace, happy days. Always a pleasure dealing with Calido, thanks”
