“Not quite sure about these mini logs, although I'm comparing them to the Calido wood Briquettes which is a bit unfair. They light very quickly and I wonder if they are treated with something on the outside to hasten combustion? They burn brightly for a brief period and then sit and glow, with a reduction in the heat output. Would have preferred the Wood Briquettes but apart from the sample pack they were out of stock.”
