“I brought Calido Hotblox for the first time. These light easily in my little stove, using a few sticks of kindling and a wax/wood fire lighter. The blocks burn reliably and last reasonably well, giving plenty of heat. These are quite small, well suited to my little stove, also easy to handle. The blocks shead bits that are messy but easily swept up. Packs are not too heavy to carry up to our second floor flat. Much more convenient and reliable than logs but don't have the same look. Overall, my first use of these blocks impressed me and now I'll only get logs if an exceptional deal occurs.”
