I ordered the briquettes on the Sunday night and they were delivered on the Thursday. The lad who delivered them was very pleasant and helpful.

The product itself is on the expensive side but is efficient and leaves little ash.

If you’re putting off because you think these aren’t as good as “real logs” then think again. They’re great. They burn clean, leave minimal ash, and put out plenty heat. We’ve gone for a full pallet this year. We pickd up a 1/2 pallet in January (after going through 40 ash nets in the previous three months) and that was enough to see us right through the rest of winter and across the spring/summer outdoor season Sure, they won’t win any beauty awards, but they’ll keep your house warm…. And you can always pick up a few bags of logs for when you need to show off

Great product. Good price if you buy in bulk. We have an Esse wood burning cooker which is going more or less 24 hours a day during winter. Calido briquettes burn hot and for 2-4 hours per briquette. Use kiln dried wood to start fire in morning and get temperature up quickly when cooking. Otherwise only use the briquettes.
