“Sitting by our HWAM stove in our kitchen / living room at a toasty 21C with your logs burning for the 5th ? 6th year. The best, and so easy to stack, and break to smaller. I break them by dropping a whole pack on a sharp edge. makes them easy then to cut into and drop into log basket. Good to know we are using waste material from contruction. Delivery system always works for us. Great new tracking on line. Lovely people throughout the chain. Have photos but no option to post”

“Great heat output and they have a similar long burn to the old verdo briquettes. They do not expand too much in the stove. They do take a little effort to get started but I find using a log or two of Alder (also from Calido) does the trick”

“I used these last winter and found them great. Had good heat and long burn time also clean to store . Used hotties to start off the fire as these start easier with no need for kindling. Very happy with both products but now prefer the log briquettes as there is no excess dust from them making storage basket cleaner and they stack well.”

“They burn extremely well and for over an hour in our stove. Easy to break too as I also use them in my wood fired pizza oven.”
