“Wood seemed to be of a much poorer quality than usual(different supplier?)Very difficult to get started and keep going,wood just seems to smoulder.A rare disappointment in your usual five star service.”

“The silver birch always is good .Burns well and with a lovely colour in the stove. Birch also has a lovely smell either when in the log basket or when burning.”
