“Great logs always received well stacked and dry ready for burning. Have to be honest and say though that the term Value Crate is a little misleading as the number of logs for the cost is almost exactly the same as all the other Crates we have received from Calido. This crate still represents great value as do all the others its just the term Value make you think your getting an extra value which your actually not. I will still order this Value Crate in future as the logs are all a good size with no smalls and all logs are a good size for our burner , we have tried one other company and were sadly disappointed by the sizes and quality of the competitors stock with lots of very small pieces and odd shapes, Therefore, for us the one stop Log Supplier will always be Calido. “Excellent Service and products After purchasing Kiln Dried Ash Crate from Calido I would not hesitate to purchase again. Brilliant Service from first contact to delivery. Very helpful staff. I had had problems with logs ordered from two other suppliers which were supposed to be kiln dried and below 20% moisture but they were nowhere near this and many were above 30%. I then found Calido, spoke to John there about the problems I was having with other suppliers. He was very helpful and informed and assured me that their logs would be below the 20% required moisture level. I would definitely recommend this Company for their ultimate service and products.
