“On my first order, the jacket was too small, despite me dropping 10 kg in weight recently. I ordered tan, but it arrived as cognac (that's what the label inside said). I returned the jacket, as the company have a free no-quibble returns policy, and I phoned to query the colour of the jacket. I was told that despite there being a label saying cognac, the jacket was indeed tan. It appeared several shades darker than the mustard-yellow image on the website, and in line with other cognac jackets. I was told I couldn't have the jacket in any lighter colour. I was disappointed, but seeing as I liked the jacket I agreed to have a larger one sent to me in the same colour, but at an additional cost of £15 seeing as I had to upgrade to XXXL (45-47 chest). I'm normally an XL (46 chest) in all other shops, and had ordered XXL (43-45 chest measurement) I would advise anyone buying from Caine to order a size larger than they normally would do. I like the design of much of the Caine Leather range and intend to add to my collection from them. The Leather seems good quality, but it's uncertain where in the world the jackets are made.”
