“This jacket is excellent, the quality of the leather is first class and nice and supple and ready to wear with no need for a painful breaking in period. The removeable collar is a great innovation and is practical and looks great. So why only 4**** well I ordered a 2XL as XL is my usual size with 99% of online purchases and this is a winter coat so to allow for a jumper I went one size up and it's too small. The Size Guide does say that other buyers have commented that they fit small, but they fit a couple of sizes small. This wouldn't normally be a problem but the buyer has to pay for the costs of sending it back for a replacement. Really and truly the only detractor from this jacket is the sizing, the customer service team are very helpful when contacted and respond very quickly and are courteous and polite.”
