Hi Sunil Thank you for your comments. We offer free returns to UK customers if they are dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason. Our returns period is also very generous at a month. However you contacted us four months after receiving your jacket. As we explained, the buttons on a blazer are sewn a little loose so that they don't pinch the leather when fastened. This isn't a fault. They won't fall off. As you had been wearing the jacket throughout the time you had it we could not accept it back for a refund.
