From the makers of Altberg boots come Svartz Absorber Footbeds which provide maximum cushioning to reduce impact on ankles and knees when marching, tabbing and running. In addition the heel strike cushion provides further protection with improved weight distribution and heel stabilisation. The contoured shape of the footbed helps the foot and lower limbs maintain natural alignment and help you to keep your balance when on rough terrain or when carrying heavy loads. Svartz Absorber footbeds feature a breathable footbed cover and absorb sweat. Also supplied with trim-to-fit instructions allowing you to achieve the perfect Size: available in 7 sizes - 2 (UK 2.5 to 4); 3 (UK 4.5 to 6); 4 (UK 6.5 to 8); 5 (UK 8.5 to 10); 6 (UK 10.5 to 12) and 7 (UK 12.5 to 14). “I keep buying these, they're awesome, they last ages and I basically live in one pair of boots from October to March, they wick moisture away from your soles really quickly, and are very comfortable even in the depth's of Winter, they also work well in my lighter Summer boots, feet stay fresh all day, make your boots feel like slippers with these.”

“Service from survival aids was just what you would hope for and as for the product I already have some in my walking boots and timberlands but wanted some to go in some running trainers and they are a perfect all-rounder. Couldn't be happier”

“I was pleased with the insoles as I had some army boots with a wide fit. The insoles give good support and took the size.down for a better fit. Now they are not too loose (although I haven't used them properly yet for a long hike). But I am sure they will be very good. Will order some more at some point too.”

“Great insoles at a very reasonable price. Swapped perfectly into my Altberg Defenders & Warriors. They offer a great mix of comfort, stability and support. Ended up buying several pairs for future use. Only issue I had was slow delivery time - weeks rather than days in one instance. Other than that, all good.”

“Brilliant insole - wouldn’t use anything other than svartz in any of my boots. Might feel strange on first wearing as the instep is quite high but you soon get use to this and the quality is 1st class.”

“Fitted snuggly into size 9 Altberg tabbing boot. No need to trim to size. Big difference around comfort and support. Have climbed up mountains and run with weight and they feel great.”
