“Good copy of an old US Army pattern metal mug. Hence the oversized handles design that locks together for stability. Actually very good quality item. Handy to order the metal lid with it too. As it can be used for closed container faster boil time of water then for a Brew Up. You can cook in the cup too if needed, as it's steel not Aluminium construction. So no worries on stirring with a metal spoon as you cook like would be with Alu.(Altzeimers evidence of Alu metal particles ontamination of cooked foods was believed possible doing so with spoon in Alu containers.) Good item of kit outdoors to have.”

“On arrival the item didn't appear to be heavy duty or military spec - however, after using it over heat, during two five day trips out, it does the job and without any buckling. Therefore, I give this item the thumbs up.”
