NATO forces style folding entrenching tool with rigid nylon case. Heavy duty steel construction with nut-locking shaft. Classic design permits this tool to be used as a conventional shovel or pick. Nylon case features metal press-stud fittings and two rear belt loop holes. Size: 24cm x 16cm x 4cm (folded); 59cm x 16cm x 4cm (unfolded). Weight: 1220g. Colour: olive green.

“Solid shovel, digs well but I did give it have to give it a sharpen. Very sturdy as well, holds weight sitting on it as well. Case is excellent, keeps is safe and secure very reliably, easy to clip onto a backpack.”

“Actually this is a great item - it obviously folds out and has a ratcheted bolt that means it becomes incredibly stable and durable. I had worried that it would bend or collapse under heavy usage but it a solid bit of kit. I can’t compare it to other brands but although it has belt loops it does feel a little heavy to be worn this way. The hardened pouch is convenient and the whole thing is easily washable. Would be it again very happy.”
