“A complete resource for first class training, obviously devised by a professional - all you need for your newest cadets to get on the classification ladder. Activities are well described and supported by good quality downloadable Powerpoint presentations which have relevant videos imbedded in them; a great deal of time must have gone into producing these. Using this in squadrons where first class training is often carried out by different staff/instructor cadets depending on availability, ensures that everyone is 'singing from the same hymn sheet. A great time saving resource.”

“This is an excellent resource taking all the elements of the ‘elearning’ presentations and developing them further, giving clear examples for putting the learning into practice. It also gives additional worksheets to check knowledge/understanding - means First Class isn’t a “tick box” exercise as I’ve seen on some squadrons (not all by any means!)....”
