(Originally posted 6th June 2017) This book brings together so much information and saves me a lot of time researching for lessons. All references are in there so I can double check anything if I need to. The layout and wording is clear and simple and follows a logical order. I'm sure it will help standardise lessons if more instructors were to use it. If new cadets were given this book it would encourage lots more to stick with it as they would know what is expected of them and know what to work towards. They can also work on things at home and show parents what they are learning. All in all a great idea, well put together and presented.

(Originally posted 5th June 2017) This book has really helped with basic training at our detachment. We buy them in bulk and then ask all new recruits to buy one when they join. Well worth it.
