“I bought this for my son to use at CCF. So far its only real use has been backwards and forwards to cadets for carrying jacket and notebook etc. It has not be tested in the field as such but from what I can see it appears to be well constructed. In honesty I bought it becuase it was cheap with the intention of replacing it later but so far I have not needed to. Definitely recommended as a "first" rucksack for cadets”
