“Good overall bag, the bag did not come with the bladder though and it was meant to. I had to wait another week for it to arrive after the bag. This was unfortunate as I needed it for my DofE which was completed before the bladder arrived.”

“Perfect size and functional for a day in the field. Plenty of space and pockets and features that allow additional kit to be added on the outside. Would definitely recommend if looking for a daysack.”

“The customer service and buying experience from Cadet Direct was 1st class and I will be purchasing from them again. I can't quite agree that it's a more affordable version of the Motherlode. The general day sack itself is good and did stand up to the rigours of the field, however, the straps need improving. On my first use of the day sack around camp the stitching on the chest strap broke, luckily I found the clasp again, however will need to pay to get it restitched. In the field the straps could be more robust and user friendly as they slip open a lot, also the buckles could be more robust. I only used it for 10 days in the field, so can't say how it will perform long term. Hydration system is a nice feature, although drinking valve is sometimes difficult to draw water from, not good on a long TAB, I'll invest in a better valve. Out of 10 I'd give it a 7.”
