High quality 100% cotton self-adhesive zinc oxide fabric tape. Essential for inclusion in individual and group first aid kits. Many uses including strapping feet prior to endurance marches or for securing blister dressings etc. Latex free and hypoallergenic. Size: 3.8cm (1.5') x 13.7m (15 yards) per roll. Weight: 85g (each). “Purchased for road marching and has been absolutely perfect, it has no issues with gripping well, even on sweaty feet! I have even been recently used it to help with an ankle issue, due to the great compression it provides! Highly recommend to anyone starting or progressing with road marching, Duke of Edinburgh, or any hiking/long outdoor walking!”

“Best blister prevention. Avoid cheaper inferior tape as these do not stick. Consider purchasing with a tape on spray for applying to sweaty (and smelly) feet whilst on the go.”
