I use this for all my cadet training and would highly recommend to other cadet forces personnel. Efficient and quick. If you're careful a small cannister can last several weekends.

I recently used this Blade Fast Boil stove for a 2 week expedition across France and Spain. It proved invaluable and unlike the Jetboil, for which the lighting switch stopped working within a week, this is still going strong. I have also checked and although it is slightly larger than the Jet boil I can fit it into my webbing, so will definitely be taking this with me to cadet annual camp this year. Excellent value for money.

The mark 2 is an improvement from the original and in my opinion works a lot better. For the money you can't get better. After using 3 or 4 times I've no design glitches to report as yet.

Received this stove yesterday and have to say I think its great. Quality appears good and as it says its efficient on gas use which is important when you're out all weekend. Saying that I don't think its the quickest thing to boil water but more efficient than other stoves I've had in the past. When cooking you can hardly feel any heat rising from it so you know the heat transmitter is doing its job. Saying that some improvements I would suggest would be to increase the size of the gas knob which I find a bit fiddly with my fat fingers. Secondly it would be good if there was a smaller version as 1.1 L is a bit too much for me and I'm always looking to reduce the pack size of my kit. This stove is definitely best for boiling water and the insulated neoprene wrap definitely does its job.

Best cooker on the market for performance and great fuel economy too. 100 gram cannister has lasted two full days in the field and only feels half empty. Boiled water in two minutes for me.

Great cooker that fits snugly into my utility pouch. As the descripton states it doesn't rattle which is ideal for fieldcraft. The mtp sleeve looks the business as well.
