I would recommend going a size up as I previously bought a used pair at size 9l and they were really tight but when I bought a pair in size 10l from here brand new they fit perfectly and are neither too tight or too loose.

My son is a cadet so they are not in constant use but after only 10 months the sole at the heel came away from the boot. Poor quality. RESPONSE FROM CADET DIRECT - sorry you had an issue with your assault boots Nigel. All our footwear comes with a 12 month guarantee so simply return them to us for a free replacement or full refund.

Fast delivery speed. Note these leather boots have no cushioning, so your feet may be uncomfortable.

From the photograph, they look like the really solid 'Old School' type of boot that even a tank going over them couldn't crush them, so was disappointed that they felt thin and cheap. Luckily however, I can use them as part of my fitness regime.

I bought them for my son who joined army cadets. He is very happy. He has not used them for long but they look good.

Zero cushion in the sole, not enough room to insert a decent 3rd party insole (Enertor or Sorbothane). Some folk care about how well they polish, least of your problems when you are actually grafting.
