“I had a bad experience with the items I bought. The twisted pair cables not fit into the RJ45 ends supplied despite they were CAT6A and I made sure of it. The diameter of the cable was thick. To make matters worse the cable has a different pin arrangement to the normal standard. I emailed support they sent me a video which was difficult to see the pin out, the video was low quality and camera unfocused. I asked for more clarification and you sent me a standard pin out diagram. The standard pin out does not work on this jr45 end supplied.
In the end I bought a new set via Amazon and they worked straight away perfectly on the standard pin out diagram and more importantly I could fit the twist pair cables into the RJ45 connector with ease.
I think perhaps the ones you supplied were designed for CAT6 thinner pairs as opposed to CAT6A which can be thicker in diameter.”
