“Brought this item on advice of staff. Didnt need it so tried to return it for refund. I accept that for what ever reason there is a policy of charging but 20 % plus £10 is disgusting. £16 payed £3 refund. I would rather put it in the bin than let them have it and then at no cosy resell it. Appalled. Wont be going back to them ever again.”

“My verge was bent on both ends ,I got away with it because I could put it under another one ,not very happy with post as I had to pay £9.99for it it could have been rapped better”
