Pack of 10 fixing screws, washers and caps for installing corrugated plastic sheets. Pack contains 2 inch (50mm) zinc plated screws with PVC strap washers and caps. These are fastened through the ridge profile of the plastic corrugated sheets, and require predrilling of the sheets. When installing the screw needs to be tightened tight enough to create a seal, but not over tightened to deflect the sheet too much; the sheets are often supported with eaves fillers to prevent this or additional plastic spacers.

“didnt like these much, cap was hard to put on in some cases. easier to use hex screws with rubber washer, and pplastic cap, normally designed for alu section roofing. I used self tappers when `i ran out; worked much better. These were fiddly, and posihead even with correct drive bit messed up a lot, difficult to finish driving in”

“These fixings are very good, however we did have to warm up the clear caps in hot water first (before putting them over the screws on the corrugated sheet) as we hadn't done this originally and found it difficult to press the caps down...and stay down. Apart from this everything is OK with the fixings.”
