Fortex Cladding 333mm wide double shiplap boards have a textured wood effect and come in a range of colour options. The cladding boards are fitted using a tongue and groove joint, which also conceals the fixings once they are lapped together making for a fast and attractive cladding installation. With a 333mm cover width Fortex Shiplap boards makes it quick and easy to install. Each plank is manufactured to look like two boards giving the double shiplap appearance. Cladding the outside of the building not only improves it visually but will also improve the weatherproofing and insulation of the building. Manufactured from a lead-free formula and in a sustainable manner the product has been weather tested leading to the manufacturers guarantees the product of 10 years, although we know of many installations far exceeding this.
