“Looks great when it is on the wall! these panels appear to be very brittle if you knock the panel on the wall whilst installing it damages very easily. Also if you drop a light weight item and it hits the panel holes are made very easily.”

“'Used these on numerous occasions in the past & only recently had this issue earlier in the year where the T&G (Tongue & Groove) joint between the panels had up to a 2mm gap in the centre of the joint, tapering off at either end towards the top & bottom of joint! As the 1st panel was already glued to the wall, I had no option on that job but to show the client & then mask either side of the gap & 'feather' the joint with silicone, which fortunately worked, but unnecessary hassle! 'Put that one down to experience, so on a similar job last week, I actually opened 2 panels & assembled the T&G joints on both sides before doing any cutting. All joints met perfectly, but upon joining the same 2 panels together on the wall, once cut, the same issue as before with regard to the joints!! I can only assume that the panels are under some internal structural tension when complete, but this is lost once the panel is cut, resulting in the issues described?! Obviously, a manufacturing issue which needs urgently addressing! When I reported the issue, the staff member told me he hadn't had any similar reports of the issue, but also that the panels had no form of warranty, as the manufacturers don't offer one! I shan't be using the panels again where they need to be joined together in a 'run', but only on straightforward corner shower cubicles where only 1 panel per wall is required!”

“Great quality product. Easy to use / fit & looks great. Customer delighted, as very low maintenance (versus tiles & grout) easy to clean & saved a fortune compared to a complete re-tile, as existing tiles were poorly fitted (butted) resulting in numerous blown tiles (but enough were 'sound' to achieve a good fixing for the wall panels). Wall panels went straight over existing blown tiles!”
