“The optic seems pretty solid for a budget option. I’ve only used it once in game so far but it seems reliable. The reticle itself is a little over magnified at the usual position you’d run a red dot on the rail and to get it to the right size I’d have to run it much closer to my face but that then cuts out a lot of peripheral vision. I found the brightness settings to all be pretty high which is fine in most scenarios but I used it in a dark indoor CQB setting and it was a little too bright all be it still clear with no blur. The reticle is an exps3-2 style (so has a double central dot) which I didn’t realise. I do think a single central dot allows better accuracy and was what I was hoping for but it’s not the end of the world. The description didn’t state the reticle design so this so it’s something worth noting if your looking for the traditional ‘donut of death’ like I was.”
