“To update my initial review I was having some trouble tracking the whereabouts of my parcel, it had been shipped and had not shown up. After emailing customer service they replied quickly and informed me that it was in the hands of royal mail. royal mail (as usual) made no effort to contact me or inform me they had tried to deliver the item. Overall the service from BZtactical has been good and it's once again poor mailing services letting down other businesses.”
