“I do not enjoy being shouted at by Sales staff. My experience of BuyTshirtsOnline has always been good: nice products, efficient service, prompt delivery. However, should you choose to include an item from the Clearance section, without being notified on the website, your delivery will be defaulted to "Collect from Runcorn"! I live 200 miles from Runcorn and isn't it supposed to be irrelevant, with online sales, where the company is based? When taken to the page to complete the purchase, my home address appears (fine) but the Sales person implied to me (raising his voice rudely at me) that I was being dumb and should have known instinctively to scroll right down the page to see that I had to collect the goods from Runcorn. I was trying to be helpful and suggest a little line on the website informing purchasers about this default might be a good idea. Whatever happened to the adage "The customer is always right", particularly when that customer is attempting to explain what could improve the customer experience. From now on I will be wary of this company as this has left a bad taste in the mouth.”
