The Darlac handheld garden sickle has a resharpenable carbon-steel blade and aluminium/rubber grip. Cuts through most garden overgrowth including thistles, nettles and undergrowth.Cut with a slicing rather then hacking action pulling back on the handle at the end of the swing. Use the weight of the blade-head to slice through vegetation. Very sharp blade: use with extreme caution.

“I was looking for a hand sythe the that was lightweight and easy to use. Being a female in her 70’s I had specific requirements. This Darlac Scythe - Sickle fit the bill perfectly.
