“Came in secure packaging well packed with no damage. Each ball was individually wrapped in cellophane which retains the freshness, but the balls seemed quite hard on the outside. We have tried these for over a week now, and find the birds prefer them crushed up so they can get to the softer pieces in the middle. Perhaps these would be better in the winte,r with the wet and cold weather softening the outer layer. But on the whole the product was good.”
