“I am having some problems in producing a water tight seal. A slight leak persists despite attempts to reseal. The float is also a little temperamental. Giving it time to settle before I install the other 3 which I purchased.”
“3 replacements for 10 identical ones bought 15 years+ ago. Horse bucked (in small fracas) & sat on one. They don't stand up to that! 2 others have cracks at top by wall (but don't leak yet).
I would give them a 5* except for the Torbeck side entry valves (included :-). The brand new one drips inperceptably (as occasionally the old ones occasionally also do) - fills in 24 hours. They are incredibly positional - you can clean & refit them 10 times before they stop completely - often refit & they are worse! Sometimes they just simply cure them selves or if you have a thirsty horse ok!”
