“Used these spikes for building a low (2 foot) safety fence around a pond. With heavy clay soil and numerous big flints, I could not use many of the longer version of these spikes (450mm), mostly having to use the shorter version (300mm). I like the bolt/clamp design for gripping the 50mm square posts (other manufacturers tend not to offer this design below 75mm) and the price made them very good value.”
