“Pegboard was damaged on arrival as some corners and one side were not properly protected. I was able to cut away the damaged areas but packaging needs considerable improvement. Delivery driver left the board at the side of the house and had left before I had chance to address the problem.”
“Tuffnells say it was delivered on the 1st December, it was not and still awaiting delivery. I appreciate that this is the information you have from them, never the less I am still waiting and trust you will sort this out with Tuffnells”
