“I ordered 2 sheets of 6mm marine plywood and recieved one 6mm sheet and one 4mm. This was reported to sales and i was asked several times if i could use this wrong material and they would give me a partial refund and each time i repeated this was no use to me and I just want the other 6mm sheet I ordered. I was then informed they had ran out of 6mm and they would collect the 4mm sheet and give me a partial refund on the non delivered 6mm sheet. After explaining this was absolutley unacceptable and if they couldnt supply the material i had paid for i will be recieving a full refund on the missing items. Then on the same afternoon was then informed they now had stock available and it will be sent out to me . This in total has taken approx a week now and the 4mm sheet hasnt been picked up and i am still waiting on the 6mm i origionally ordered. If you have clients waiting on projects dont risk ordering from here.”
