“The flag was to be the same on both sides. That is not what I received.As you can see by the photos one side has the words "Rapid City, South Dakota" the other does not. I am certain the design I approved is not what I received. Even if I somehow was given the wrong view to approve, a simple phone call would have answered why. I received no phone call. I am also unhappy the wrinkles in the material, particularly at the top where the material is bulky and will not flatten out. It does not look professional. And why should I need to include my email address each time I want to save the draft. Each time results in an email message which I do not need nor does any of you other customers. If I don't save I risk losing information; if I do save I get inundated with emails which if not immediately deleted cause confusion. Just let me save it to the file so I can open it when I want to. Long story short, neither our president nor I are happy with the teardrop flag. What should have been an attractive flag helping us to honor our veterans falls short of our intended outcome.
