“I had trouble from the time I ordered it. they'd lost my first order, so after waiting an extra two and a half weeks I reordered. I waited my two weeks and the flag came the upper stitching was not correct. you could see daylight through the thin material because someone did not sew two layers at the top of my flag, it was only one. I got a hold of the company and emailed them the same day my flag come with pictures of the thread bared area they got back to me two days later and said they couldn't help me because I did not buy their pole. my problem is not with the way the flag hangs or the pole, it was sewn wrong in the production. they're just trying to get out of having to fix what their company messed up”
