“All three flags have already failed. The fabric wears through and allows the rod to rip out. The poles have bent in the wind and no longer hold shape. They were very expensive to last only a few weeks. Very disappointed in this product at its price point. I contacted customer service about the first rip and was told I would have to pay shipping on the faulty flag. Poor warranty and sub par product.”

“I was delighted to find a web site that allowed you to design your own custom feather flags. I was also pleased when the design reviewers contacted me with concerns about the low-resolution image I had provided for the graphics on the flag, giving me a chance to submit a higher-resolution version. The finished version came out very well, the colors, spacing, and proportions all looked great. The only reservation I have is that the image is a little less intense than I had hoped in terms of depth of color... I think this is tied to the semi-porous material the flag is constructed of. It still looks very nice and will serve its purpose well.”
